Reddit Is In A Really Bad Spot...It can block the hard to block ads that other forms of blocking cannot (for example: youtube, instagram, facebook). But the limitation is that. Can vouch for AdGuard. Free version is good enough for my use on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, on Mac, iOS, and iPad.
